Marvellous and gorgeous location in quiet area, so close to the many fun shops, restaurants and other things Kapaa has to offer as well as the nearby town one of the nicest on the island. Fantastic food in the restaurants such as Leong's Meat House, located 10 min away. Extremely spacious rooms, scenic views of the ocean. Exceptionally comfortable bed and exceptional staff.
No breakfast at all.

Booked a room with incredibly beautiful views right in front of the room with beautiful garden. The service was exceptional, that made the hotel lovely small place.

Reasonably spacious and updated room, all in all had awesome stay.
The room was not cleaned on a daily basis such as vacuuming the carpet and available with double beds and lick air con, as for instance. A microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were available. Pleasant and exceptional staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The hotel had a great position, to the coastal bike path.

Fantastic food, overall exceptionally comfortable and fabulous place.
Exceptionally comfortable bed, updated room with a scenic view of the beach. A tub in the bathroom. The very welcoming staff and their attitude. Great and gorgeous location to the bike path that goes for miles along the beautiful coastline, and 15 minute walk from a sandy beach.

The room was reasonably spacious, offered useful things, such as a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. The staff were incredible and amazingly nice and the location was favourable right by the ocean:)))

We absolutely loved the friendly staff and the convenient location. It was great to have a bonus of a nearby small town coffee shop that offered both tea and coffee. We couldn't find anything that compared to this budget hotel. We highly recommend it.
